Now, now get a nice juicy eye full of this.
Now as you can see, both are obviously of similar quality, and similar(ish) length, yet for some reason one of them has a higher score. Why the fuck is that newgrounds? Huh?
So please, if you have a heart, go and review and 5 V for Chappalloween, because I want to make another one, and if nobody likes it, then there's nofucking point lol.
It's become a new thing now with flash movies, sometimes you even have to be careful when you submit it because of the competition. Case in point I submitted one of my best movies the same day steve irwin died and newgrounders were making tributes everywhere x.x

its like this there are great movies they havent been discoverd much but eddsworld are well know therefore people will mark them high but since not many know u you get a lot less points know do u get it

In all honesty, Edd's world was a lot better then yours, thats why it has a better score. You see.. Edd's world is short, sweet, and too the point. Its humor is relative to the subject matter. 1. he has a birthday 2. hes afraid hes getting older 3. death comes for him because hes old. See how the humor not only is related, but each step builds off the last? Your animation has RANDOM humor that in all honesty has no basis or no feasible connection to each other. Not only that, Edd has spent years developing his characters, and his illustrations, while you are clearly photoshopping in a few celebrity icons. While I think you have some potential, you attitude is absurd and simply Trolling. I don't approve and I hope you realize that bashing other people's work doesn't make yours any better...

PS - I wouldn't want a Newgrounds that voted 5 on everyone's submission, it would obliterate the purpose of QUALITY. Just please grow some thicker skin.

It's because yours was a larger file size for being so short. People don't like waiting.
I dislike 'em both. Yours seemed like an arkbak rip or whatever that series was - gave it a chance and kept watching but had to turn it off. Edds ended before I could turn it off. Both are crap but probably worth a giggle or smile so I'm glad I watched.
I hate this about NG too. Popular get more popular and continue to reign dominant over those under the radar. Competitions, incidents, and events all take over the portal too pushin' a striving artist under.
I've gone under the radar and been on the radar. Best shot is just keep pushing and hittin' NG with your flash until ya get noticed. If ya keep at it your bond to get better too which will improve your chances of gettin' noticed.

It's because one's by Eddsworld, and everybody knows that on Newgrounds, everybody 5-votes the "popular" guys in order to supposedly get them some credit with them. Or some stupid crap like that.
